Development of employee skills, for their adaptation to the new development model of the Economy

UNIVERSAL EDUCATION S.A. with a leading position in the field of education, training and Lifelong Learning, has undertaken the implementation of the Project "Development of employee skills, for their adaptation to the new development model of the Economy".

The project is addressed to workers in the Private sector of the Economy, in all Regions of the country, regardless of the sector of employment, who wish to upgrade their knowledge, improve their skills, strengthen their professional ability and, if they successfully complete the certification exams, to obtain the corresponding Certificate in specialized as well as horizontal specializations and thematic units.

The training subjects that each beneficiary can choose in order to be trained in one of them are:

2. Quality and Food Safety Management Executive

3. Production Technician of Food and Beverage Businesses

4. Maintenance of Automation and Automatic Control Installations

5. Machine Tool Craftsman

6. Executive and project management

7. Environmental Management Executive

8. Information Systems Security

9. Web application programming (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)

10. Digital Marketing and Online Branding

11. DPO Data Protection Officer

12. Export and International Trade Executive

13. Promotion and Sale of Products/Services through e-commerce

14. Provision of first aid – Safety at Work

15. Administrative Secretary

16. Administrative Support Officer

17. Expert in Using STEM Techniques and Tools

18. Support and care staff

19. Supply Chain Management Executive

20. Tourist office employee

21. International Food Standards and Restaurant Customer Service Specialist

22. Executive of Management and Marketing of Biological Products

The training allowance for each hour of training amounts to the amount of six euros (€6.00/hour of attendance), including all legal deductions with the necessary condition for payment of the number of absences and the participation of the employee/trainee in the certification exams. The amount of the educational allowance as well as the method of its payment are linked to the participation and also to the success in the certification exams.
