Throughout the implementation of a training program, all the standards that the company has incorporated into its operation are applied. More specifically, at the beginning of the execution of the project, UNIVERSAL EDUCATION S.A. draws up a quality control program that includes the resources required, how it will be used and the standards and procedures that will be applied during its execution. In the context of the compliance of the company UNIVERSAL EDUCATION S.A. with the provisions of Part II of Law 4808/2021 on the prevention and treatment of all forms of violence and harassment, including violence and harassment due to gender and sexual harassment, and specifically with Article 9 and 10 of Law 4808/ 2021, the Company establishes and follows a policy to prevent and combat violence and harassment at work and a policy to manage internal complaints of incidents of violence and harassment UNIVERSAL EDUCATION S.A. declares that it recognizes and respects the right of every employee to a work environment free of violence and harassment and that it has zero tolerance for this type of behavior, of any form and by any person.

Our Company's longstanding commitment to doing business with integrity means avoiding corruption in any form, including bribery, and complying with applicable anti-corruption laws. The Anti-Corruption Policy trains employees and partners and monitors compliance with these standards. In accordance with UNIVERSAL EDUCATION ANONYMITY COMPANY Anti-Bribery Policy and the requirements of the Anti-Bribery Management System according to the ISO 37001:2017 standard, any employee or partner of the company, who is aware of any involvement in an incident of bribery or any illegal and controversial activity or has a suspicion/reasonable belief of the possible involvement of the above-mentioned situations that may involve UNIVERSAL EDUCATION S.A. and its employees or partners, is requested to immediately make a confidential report/complaint of the incident as follows:
(a) by sending the report/complaint electronically via email to the address compliance@ueducation.gr,
(b) by sending the report/complaint by post to UNIVERSAL EDUCATION S.A. at the address Mavrokordatou 1-3, P.O. 10678, Athens, to the attention of the Bribery Incident Management Committee and marked "Confidential".
