The programs include Consulting, Training and Certification actions, contributing to the development and strengthening of employees' skills and providing them with the necessary supplies for their personal and professional development.
The knowledge and skills that the beneficiaries will acquire will allow them to claim new or existing job vacancies in dynamic and growing sectors of the labor market.
Beneficiaries will have the opportunity to be certified for the acquired skills, according to the ISO/IEC 17024 Standard, by an accredited body certifying the qualifications of persons, participating in certification exams completely free of charge. For those who do not manage to get the certification from the first exam, there is also the possibility of re-examination.
